I want your Gracious Cottage shopping experience to be enjoyable and as easy as possible.

Payment:

You can pay with PayPal, Money Orders or Personal Checks (personal checks must clear). I will ship the next day following the receipt of your payment. Just email me if you want to mail a payment.

Note about Paypal: It is a Secure Online Payment. Choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account through PayPal. Make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. Shipping:

Domestic Shipping Only via USPS or UPS on heavier items. Gracious Cottage aims at well wrapped packages. Your merchandise is shipped in 1 – 3 days after payment or after check clears. Email prior to purchase if there is a rush.

Local pickup: If you live near Long Beach, CA, you may pickup your item. Payment is due at time of purchase. Merchandise must be picked up in 3 days.

Returns:

Email Gracious Cottage immediately if you are not happy with your purchase. You can return the item for a refund on the merchandise cost. Items must be shipped back in the same condition in 5 days.

Your information is kept confidential and not shared with anyone.
