I found this plate when I was out treasure hunting this weekend.  It is romantic, feminine and sweet.  HP with gold leaf trim around the edge--solid no wear off.  The flowers  are pink roses when in full bloom from the looks of it.  7 1/2" round with a nice curve all the way around.  On the bottom, it is marked Williams.  This could be a loving hands piece and if so, very well done.  I would display this on a plate rack or place of proper distinction; and also use it for my 'mix and match' teas.
