How do we know you are reputable? TOP

Ø      My best recommendation is for you to click on the ebay link on the Gracious Cottage Home page.  My seller ID is “monah.”  I have been selling and still sell on ebay since 1999.  My rating is 100%.  Please read my feedback comments.  And check out my ME page.

Do you have any shipping specials? TOP

• My shipping is FREE (included in purchase price).  I like to use the USPS Priority Flat Rate boxes whenever possible.  They are not based on weight.  It is one price for whatever fits, and great for multiple items.  The sizes & costs are subject to change & reflect the USPS rates:  Ask about shipping...if it is Parcel Post or Priority.  If you need it fast, indeed let me know.
  

What does FREE SHIPPING include? TOP
When an item has FREE SHIPPING included, the package is shipped First Class or Parcel Post USPS mail (depending on the weight), with a delivery confirmation.  If a customer wants 'more' such as insurance or 'other' such as Priority mail, please specify via email before paying.  We currently ship to the US only.

Do you have a gift-wrapping service? TOP

Ø     Everything is wrapped in nice tissue paper.  I have gift bags for smaller items.  This is complimentary & just let me know when you are ordering if the item is a gift. I will make it extra special.  In the category Linens & Paper, I sell “gift packs”.  It currently consists of a greeting card (various choices) and a package of romantic floral tissue paper (10 sheets per pack 20” x 26”).  That package is only $3.00.
